In his Office, John Spoerl remember one client, now in his late 50s, back when she was nervous teen learning how to drive.
A few decades ago, Mr. Spoerl put people South of Toledo and gave her father-to-children type of chatter about the danger of becoming a new driver before he sold the car insurance.
This is an unusual story to Mr. Spoerl, who had worked with generations of the family for more than half a century.
He had the same job for 56 years, sells insurance, until he retired Dec 30 from his Office in Toledo South.
Now at the age of 82, Mr. Spoerl plans to spend his retirement toured the country with his wife of 60 years, Phyllis.
